From the heart of the Serranía de Ronda comes our oak red wine, which replaces La Hiedra as an entry-level wine. At Huerto de la Condesa, we are committed to Mediterranean varieties such as Garnacha, Graciano and Syrah, which are perfectly adapted to our climate. Cherry colour, with ruby rim, medium-high robe. Good aromatic intensity, where we can identify the Syrah varietal, with aromas of red fruit and black pepper. A modern wine, with a good entry on the palate. Well polished tannins and well integrated wood. In the mouth it is fleshy and fresh, with present but well-balanced acidity, which augurs a long life in the bottle. An ideal accompaniment to red meats, vegetable stews and various types of pasta.
