This is the winery’s first white wine. A blend of Mediterranean varieties, its base is the Viognier grape, which is accompanied by more aromatic varieties such as Moscatel, to give it floral touches and others such as Pedro Ximénez or Sauvignon blanc, which give the blend a lot of personality and originality. At first sight, it has a straw yellow colour with a bright tear. The nose is dominated by a range of fruity aromas, with some stone fruit, such as apricot, some citrus and white fruit. As it matures, spicy touches appear, in the range of tertiary aromas, contributed by its partial ageing in barrels. Pleasant, upright and full on the palate. Unctuous to the palate, with a long, elegant finish. It is a versatile white wine that goes well with a wide range of fish, pasta and salads.
