• The reservation is formalized with 50% of the total amount of the stay.
• 30 days before the stay, the transfer will be made with the remaining 50%.
• Payments will be made by bank transfer.
• Cancellation with more than 30 days before arrival will be charged 0% of the total amount of the stay.
• Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
• Cancellation within 15 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation will be charged.
• The property reserves the right to assess the cancellation policy applied to each client according to the personal justification for the cancellation.
• In the cases in which it is necessary to make a return to the client, that return will be made by bank transfer to an account number provided by the client by email to reservas@huertodelacondesa.com
• All cancellations must be made by email to reservas@huertodelacondesa.com
• A deposit of € 200 will be requested, which will be delivered in cash or by card block before enter the house and it will be returned the day after departure and once the house is checked.
• Guests are responsible for the house with all its contents and for the return in perfect condition at the end of the stay. If there were damages caused by the client in the house including the state of cleaning and garbage of the same, will be deducted from the deposit and, in case of that the damages exceed the amount delivered as a deposit, the client must pay the difference.
We have relaxed our cancellation policy, taking into account the health alert due to COVID 19.
In cases where it is not possible to move around the national territory freely due to the state of alarm or any other measure of the Government, 100% of the reservation will be returned or the dates will be modified.
